Full thesis project with an explanatory note, drawings
Volume graduation project - 121 pages. The volume of graphic material - 8 sheets of A1 size. The first section provides information on the status and prospects of development of electric power steering, and is considered one of the analogues of the projected electronic unit. The second section describes an electromechanical power VAZ cars to bringing the functional circuit and operation of the system. The third section shows the sequence of calculation of the projected electronic unit. In the fourth section describes the basic types of manufacturing printed circuit boards and provides the basic requirements in their design, manufacture and installation of external components. The fifth section provides the system control algorithms, identifying the main modes of operation. The sixth section contains the organizational and economic problems of the project. In the seventh section outlines the safety and environmental performance in the production of printed circuit boards.
Graphic material includes a functional block diagram of the electromechanical power steering, the concept designed electronic unit, control algorithms, the PCB drawing and assembly drawing of the designed device.
