The structure of the final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion and a list of references. The first chapter presents an overview of the psychological and pedagogical features of the development of the motivational sphere of the individual in younger schoolchildren. In the second chapter, diagnostics of the level of motivation formation of educational activity was carried out, a program was developed to develop the motivation of educational activity through the formation of skills of independent activity.
