Drawing. Stand for assembling of box constructions №1 (general view)
Self-propelled portal with six horizontal and one vertical pneumatic clamps.
The portal consists of a welded frame 1, moving on wheels 6, vertical 3 and horizontal 4 pnevmoprizhimov and grabs 5. Hooks and vertikalvy clamp form a closed power system unloads the frame and the running wheels of the portal
of the vertical forces. The air from the shop network is applied to the pneumatic cylinder rams through distribution valves 2. The portal is equipped with traveling gear 7 with an electric motor, worm gear and chain drive. Installed on a horizontal belt, which is located on the rack, side plates are held in a vertical position special.
The portal is set against the potholders places (since the end of the beam), included
side and top pressure and made potholder sidewalls pressed against the horizontal belt and diaphragms. After that, the clamp is given and the portal is moved along the beam to the place of the next tack.
This cycle is repeated as necessary.
