Product description
Kvashnin, intoxicated, crashed into a pole on his BMW car. Knowing that in this situation insurance would not be paid to him, and he would be brought to administrative responsibility, he did not report the accident. Kvashnin offered for 3 thousand dollars. To his friend car mechanic Vorobyov, previously convicted of stealing a car, steal the same BMW for him, put license plate parts on him from the wrecked car and interrupt the numbers in order to pass off the stolen car as his own. Immediately after this, Kvashnin drowned the broken BMW in his career, and the stolen "sold just in case."
Is it possible to bring Kvashnin and Vorobyev to criminal liability under Art. 174 or 1741 of the Criminal Code?
