Product description
Due to frequent downtime of the equipment due to untimely provision of working materials, the shop manager ordered the use of overtime. They were paid at the same rate at tariff rates. The shop manager explained to the workers that they only worked out their downtime overtime. In addition, such work contributed to the implementation of the monthly planned task and therefore they receive compensation in the form of bonuses. Workers decided to insist on overtime pay.
