A generation has passed since you defeated the evil that plagued the Land of Ehba, and now... A new threat has awakened. In Dungeon Siege II, the sequel to the best-selling RPG from Gas Powered Games, you will once again have to wield a sword and spells to save the world from the growing abomination that has been created for many years.
A thousand years ago, the crusaders of Azunai crossed swords with the legions of Zaramoth in the last battle of an age-old rebellion. When the tyrannical god Zaramoth delivered the final blow to Azunai´s trembling shield, the earth shook. At that moment, the forces of magic broke free, and both armies were engulfed in a brilliant cataclysm that stretched for leagues across the Plain of Tears.
