Twenty years have passed since the events of the first game. The virus has won, and humanity is on the brink of extinction. Your protagonist, wandering pilgrim Aiden Caldwell, is a messenger of sorts, helping settlements scattered across lands devastated by a terrible virus maintain communication with each other. But Aiden´s true goal is to find his sister Mia, whom he abandoned in the clutches of the cruel Dr. Waltz. When Aiden learns that Mia may be alive, he decides to return to Villedor, the last city on Earth, to finally confront his past.
The city is in turmoil. Aiden must fight hordes of zombies, make friends, search for valuables, and prepare for the night, for when the sun sets, the monsters come out to hunt.
WORLD AFTER THE END OF THE WORLD
15 years ago, humanity survived the Fall—a catastrophe that forever changed life on the planet. By 2036, only a handful of small settlements remain, humanity is dying out, and bloodthirsty zombies rule the world.
