Earle Liederman. Muscle Building

Earle Liederman (1886–1970) was America´s leading director of physical education, a famous strongman, the author of some of the earliest bodybuilding instruction books, and editor of Joe Weider´s Muscle Power magazine.

The main aim of the book is to inspire the reader to develop his body. The author gives exercises for various muscle groups, tells about the strongmen of the past and shows dozens of photos of famous athletes (Eugen Sandow, George Hackenschmidt, Georg Lurich, etc.).

This is the first Russian translation of the book.
