Elderly Ferapontov owned a residential building
Content: S19-190.docx 17,51 kB
Product description
The elderly Ferapontov owned a residential building, where Semenov rented one of the rooms under a lease agreement. Due to the inability to maintain the house, Ferapontov offered the tenant to buy it with the condition of lifelong maintenance of the previous owner with dependency, but Semenov refused.
Then Ferapontov concluded such an agreement with Petrakov, who lives with a family of three in a hostel. Having settled in the house, Petrakov filed a lawsuit to evict Semenov, arguing that the isolated room occupied by Semenov under an agreement concluded with Ferapontov is now intended for living of Ferapontov himself, and the remaining two adjoining rooms are the families of Petrakov.
Semenov, in turn, believes that since Petrakov did not pay money, he cannot demand eviction, besides, Semenov paid for accommodation a year in advance.
