Eliseev for a long time was looking for an opportunity

For a long time Eliseev was looking for an opportunity to buy or rent a garage for his car. Finally, he learned that in connection with his departure abroad, Yakimov rented a garage for two years. Yeliseyev immediately met Yakimov, and the latter told Yeliseyev that in three days he could put his car in the garage. To Yeliseyev’s question about the amount of payment, Yakimov noted that it was not so important for him and that they would agree. Eliseev agreed with this. Three days later, Yakimov telephoned Eliseev on the phone and said that the circumstances had changed, and he could not rent the garage, because the garage was wanted by his close friend, housemate.
Eliseev appealed to the court. In his statement, he indicated that Yakimov had refused to enter into the contract without good reason. Therefore, Eliseev asks the court to force the latter to transfer the garage to him for a period of two years.
