If you don´t have the Ubisoft Connect client installed, download it for Windows and install it.
Launch Ubisoft Connect, sign in to your account or create a new one if you don´t already have one.
Click on the menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen and select "Activate key".
Enter the activation key (to get it you need to buy Far Cry 3 - Blood Dragon).
Click "Activate". Upon activation, the game will be immediately added to your Ubisoft Connect account.
Enter the "Games" menu. Select a game, click "Download" to download Far Cry 3 - Blood Dragon and start playing.
