Five revolutionary changes introduced in the latest season of the famous football simulator take artificial intelligence, dribbling system, ball control and power play to a whole new level. Now the competition for the ball in every part of the field will be even more intense and unpredictable - just like in real football.

In addition, the game has two new types of passing the ball. Referees have become more accurate in identifying fouls and giving reasonable warnings, goalkeepers have become more precise in their actions, and an option has been introduced into defensive tactics that allows them to shift defensive formations across the field. Added new animations for jump shots and 180-degree turns, as well as celebrations for scoring a goal.

FIFA 13 does not change the tradition of authenticity: the game features more than 500 officially licensed clubs and 15,000 athletes.

- Attacker intelligence. In FIFA 13, artificial intelligence has become noticeably smarter. Now virtual players are able to analyze the situation and vary their actions accordingly. They will work much harder than before, put serious pressure on the defense and calculate their actions two moves ahead. Forwards have learned to lead defenders behind them and thereby open up areas for teammates.

- Total dribbling. In FIFA 13, every touch of the ball matters! Players accelerate faster and control the ball more accurately, even when turning 360 degrees. Advance, threatening to break through the enemy´s defense, escape from tackles or turn your back, covering the ball from the defender.

- First touch. The ball control system has been improved and the situation when a player received it after the first touch has been eliminated, which means that defenders have more chances to take the ball away, and they skillfully take advantage of the opponent’s mistakes. What the first touch will be depends on several factors, including pressure, trajectory and speed of the ball. Players with perfect control of the ball are already rare, but in FIFA 13 the likelihood of making a bad pass and losing the ball has increased, which equalizes the chances of attackers and defenders.

- Free kick tactics. FIFA 13 has introduced a ton of ways to create dangerous combinations when taking free kicks. Now you can deceive your opponent - for example, put up to three players on the ball, run ahead and use different types of passes. In this case, the opponent is free to change the number of players in the wall, move it closer to the ball, or instruct one of his players to intercept the pass and block the shot.

- Player Impact Engine. The second generation engine turns an ordinary clash into a real battle between football players. Defenders can jockey for position by pushing or pushing opponents aside, or use their height and weight advantage to force opponents to make mistakes when dribbling or before receiving the ball.
