8. Returns or replacements are not made for the following reasons: "didn´t like the game", "bought something other than what I wanted", etc.
Replacement of goods or refunds are not made if:
You have lost interest in the game
If you have grossly violated the rules specified above

1. 80151103 - the error is caused by Microsoft´s security policy, authorization of your IP address is required - can be fixed once (send a private message)
