The work has a traditional structure and includes an introduction, the main part, consisting of 3 chapters, conclusion and list of used literature.
The study of financial aspects of management is particularly relevant right now, in an era when the goal of any enterprise is to maximize profits. However, this is one of the most attainable goals, because apart from suppliers, customers and the enterprise itself, there is also a state in the process that regulates any business activity on the basis of legislative acts.
The Object of study is the organization (LLC “Atlant”).
Subject of research: financial aspects of enterprise management.
Objective of the study: Develop recommendations for improving the financial condition of the enterprise under study based on an analysis of its activities.
To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set:
to study the theoretical foundations of enterprise management;
analyze the activities of the enterprise over the past 3 years;
develop recommendations for improving the financial aspects of enterprise management.
The main methods of research in the work were used general scientific methods and techniques of economic research: comparisons, generalizations, analytical, system-structural.
The practical significance of the master´s work consists in the possibility of practical application of the developed schemes for optimizing taxation both by the enterprise being analyzed and by other enterprises of a similar field of activity and form of ownership.
The result of the work is:
collected generalized information about the management of the organization, its main elements;
produced an economic analysis of the enterprise;
recommendations were developed to improve the financial aspects of enterprise management.
