Frolov in 2005 filed a lawsuit for divorce. His wife filed a counterclaim to recover child support for her maintenance, as she suffered a serious illness, is now a group III disabled person, and cannot get a job.
It was established in court that the Frolovs marriage was registered in 2001, but they lived together for two years, then the marriage relations practically ceased and did not support any communication. Frolova lives in her sister´s family and runs a household there. The court granted Frolov’s divorce suit, and Frolova rejected the counterclaim due to the short marriage.
