You will be in control of an outpost newly formed next to an army warehouse. As long as New London keeps you on a short leash, you are required to hand over all valuable finds to headquarters, adhere to its laws, and rely on its meager food supplies. This is a very fragile balance: every decision made will result in new trials and tribulations. But as soon as the scouts discover an alternative source of food, they can think about independent survival...
Waves of snow quickly change direction in the Frostlands. There are other settlements that are ready to cooperate. Win their favor, establish trade routes with new allies, and take control of the law book situation. Form a strong independent union and throw off the yoke of New London.
