Fuel and lubricants warehouse automation project

The working project for automation of the fuel and lubricants warehouse provides for:
- local pressure monitoring in the suction and discharge lines of the oil and diesel fuel pumps;
- measurement of the minimum and maximum liquid levels in the oil and diesel fuel storage tanks;
- light signaling of reaching the maximum and minimum levels in the oil and diesel fuel tanks;
- light signaling of a malfunction of the level alarms;
- light and sound signaling in case of gas contamination in the diesel fuel pumping station (at the entrance to the diesel fuel pumping station);
- remote control of clean oil pumps of type 1, 2 from containers
- automatic activation of the exhaust ventilation B4 in case of gas contamination in the diesel fuel pumping station;
- automatic shutdown of the exhaust fan B4-1 when the pressure in the discharge pipe drops to 50 Pa;
- automatic shutdown of the power supply (-220V) of the automation panel in case of fire.
Sensors of the fuel and lubricants warehouse automation system:
To measure the liquid level in the tanks, the SU-1S level alarms are ordered according to the project. The SU-1S power supply is provided through the BGR galvanic isolation units. The BGRs are located in the automation panel.

The STM-30-01 alarm and power supply unit is also located in the automation panel. The STM-30-01 monitors gas contamination in the diesel fuel pump station.
