Product description

The technological part of the "Gas Cooling Unit" kit is implemented as part of the working project for the design of the CS.
Cooling the gas after compression increases the productivity of the gas pipeline, improves the operating conditions of the anti-corrosion insulation, and improves the operating conditions of the pipelines by reducing temperature stresses in the pipe.
The CS is equipped with 13 air cooling units (ACU) of the gas type AVGB-83 manufactured by NPK Kedr LLC, two of which are single and eleven are dockable. The delivery set of the units includes: a gas supply and discharge system, an automated control system, foundation bolts (for each ACU).
The units operate according to the scheme 11 working, 2 reserve. The connection of the gas ACU is parallel.
The number of gas ACUs is determined by thermal-hydraulic calculations of the gas pipeline in accordance with ONTP 51-1-85.
The AVGB-83 unit consists of two heat exchange modules, including three electric motors with a capacity of 13 kW each. Heat exchange surface of the device - 10500 sq. m.
The devices are installed in an open area.

Note: the original files of the *.tif format must be in the same folder with the project file *.dwg
