POST-SALE SUPPORT POLICY (“Operational Assurance Policy”)

(Applies to: AI accounts, AI Pro packages, and similar digital products sold under “Super Discount” offers)
Payment indicates that the buyer has read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.

1. Scope & Purpose

Ensure the buyer can activate and use the product under normal conditions while maintaining ultra-low pricing compared to official rates.
This is not an official developer warranty; any support beyond the stated period is at the seller’s discretion.

2. Support Conditions

Activate immediately upon receipt and submit video/screenshot evidence of any error via support channel.
Do not change credentials (password, 2FA, email, public sharing, etc.) without consent.
Do not violate the developer’s Terms of Service (spam, exploits, etc.).
The buyer agrees to grant temporary access if technical inspection is required.

3. Exceptions & Liability Limits

Lockouts, revocations, or restrictions by the developer after 15 days are at the buyer’s risk.
No liability for indirect losses (data, revenue, reputation, etc.).
Force majeure (policy changes, large-scale moderation, global outages) is not covered.

4. Support Process & Conditional Refunds

Total warranty period: 15 days from delivery.

Time since delivery:
≤ 24 h – ≤ 3 days: Replacement preferred; if unavailable → 100% refund.
> 3 days – ≤ 7 days: Replacement preferred; if unavailable → 50% refund.
> 7 days – ≤ 15 days: No replacement; 10% refund.
> 15 days – ≤ 30 days: No warranty.

Process:

Customer submits request + error evidence.
Technician verifies within ≤ 12 business hours.
If eligible and no stock is available, refund issued per above (store credit instantly or via payment gateway in 3–7 business days).

5. Service Commitment

Fast response: Verify within ≤ 12 business hours; resolve within ≤ 36 hours if eligible.
Transparency: Risk warnings & usage guide shown clearly in product details.
Cost-efficiency: Flexible, low-cost solutions suitable for trial or short-term needs.

6. Important Notes

After 15 days, all risks transfer to the buyer; seller assumes no obligation to replace or refund.
Policy may be updated at any time to comply with law or reflect developer changes; latest version applies to all future purchases.
