In the not too distant future, the world is languishing with war, corruption and terrible ecology, so powerful corporations developed the Genesis program in a desperate attempt to save humanity.

You have to become the captain of the Genesis spaceship and go to uncharted depths of space with the most important task. Build and manage spaceships, produce resources, cope with horrific alien invasions, clone creatures and explore an expansive, randomized universe.

In the massive, randomly generated galaxies of Genesis Alpha One, each playthrough will be unique. Choose from three difficulty levels or customize the game world to your liking in Free Mode. Discover new planets, overcome asteroid fields and defend yourself from mechanical creatures and space pirates, which sooner or later will break on board to destroy both the crew and the ship itself. Once the last of your clones dies, the Genesis mission will end. But next time you can use the artifacts found and open new corporations, so your chances grow with every attempt.

Build, Improve, Explore

In the beginning, you get a small ship that needs to be transformed into an intergalactic ark by combining dozens of different parts: crew quarters, workshops, hangars, cloning laboratories, greenhouses and much more.
With an intuitive build menu, you can easily build your own ship to suit your playstyle. Develop your transport and then explore what happened in the first person.

Fight Alien Infection

Alien contagion can spread very quickly, harming the crew and the ship. You need to get rid of it as soon as possible, otherwise the ship will be destroyed. Explore different types of weapons and protective gear to fight the alien threat. Use your entire arsenal, study the infection to effectively heal the team, use new abilities and send combat robots against the enemy, exterminating legions of aliens.

Create clones and new life forms

Your ship is growing. The same should happen with the team. Use innovative cloning technology to expand your crew.
Collect DNA samples from aliens encountered across the galaxy and then breed them with DNA from your crew to give humanity a chance to flourish with unheard of new abilities.

Explore the vastness of space in search of valuable resources

To develop your ship and provide your crew with everything they need, you will have to conquer planets full of dangers, mining resources such as copper, uranium or vegetation. You may also come across artifacts from alien civilizations and the records of other space explorers - your predecessors who lost their lives for a great purpose.
