Open the Paimon menu in the top left corner.
Open the settings menu by clicking on the gear icon
In the settings menu, enter Account , Redeem Code , Exchange .
After redeeming the code, you will receive the redeemed items via in-game mail.
How to get in-game content through the Genshin Impact website:
Go to the Genshin Impact official website https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/ .
Click on the Redeem Code tab.
Sign in with your HoYoverse account or Facebook/Twitter account.
Follow the instructions provided on the screen
After redeeming the code, you will receive the redeemed items via in-game mail.
The code must be redeemed by February 15, 2023, 23:59 (UTC 8).
