The result is displayed on the screen and updated with each new click on the button.
The script is executed without reloading the page using javascript, php and ajax technologies.

When you click on the HTML button, the script executes an ajax request to the server where the php file is located.
The php file detects the server time and sends the data back to the page in the browser.
The received data is displayed on the page.
