Gorokhov, celebrating his birthday, had a fight

Gorokhov, celebrating his birthday, had a fight with his neighbor Makin. The wife of the latter called the police and said that loud music constantly sounds at night from Gorokhov’s apartment and this interferes with the residents of the whole entrance. Arriving in the police squad, Lieutenant Samokhin went to the door and knocked loudly several times. Realizing that this was inconclusive, in order to force Gorokhov to open the door, he turned off the power in the electrical panel of Gorokhov´s apartment for a while. He jumped out of the apartment with the words "I will solve all" and rushed at Samokhin. In response, police officers beat him with rubber truncheons. As a result, Gorokhov was seriously harmed.
