Determination of convergence and reproducibility according to the MSA recommendations of the fourth edition, Chapter III, section B. Convergence and reproducibility - GRR or RR is calculated by the method of averages and spans using graphical analysis. On the sheet "Report Xsr.-R" the results of calculations will be presented, on the sheet "Graphical analysis" a map of averages and spans, a map of individual values, a dot graph, a graph of residuals, an error map, normalized histograms, point comparison graphs.

The data is entered on the "DATA" sheet. Follow the instructions provided on this sheet or in the MSA manual. To determine the percentage of GRR or RR of the tolerance (or 6S) for the parameter you need, enter its value in the specified cells. All conclusions will be drawn regarding the values of the tolerance field or 6S (process variability) entered by you. Sometimes an axis format is required to display graphs better.
