Determination of convergence and reproducibility according to the MSA recommendations of the fourth edition, chapter III, section B. Convergence and reproducibility-GRR or RR is calculated in two ways using graphical analysis. The sheet "Report Xsr. - R" will present the results of calculations using the method of averages and spans. The "ANOVA" sheet contains the results of the variance analysis.

The data is entered on the "DATA" sheet. Follow the instructions provided on this sheet or in the MSA manual. To determine the percentage of GRR or RR of the tolerance (or 6S) for the parameter you need, enter its value in the specified cells. All conclusions will be made regarding the values of the tolerance field or 6S (process variability) entered by you. Sometimes the axis format is required for better display of graphs.
