To redeem a code, you first need an NCSOFT account. You can create one here.
1) Log in to Guild Wars 2 with the account you want to unlock the item with.
2) Open the Black Lion trading company panel. The default hotkey is "O". You can also click on the lion icon in the top left corner of the game screen.
3) Click the "Redeem Code" link in the upper left corner of the Shop´s main page.
4) Click the "Use product code" button.
5) Enter or copy and paste the gem´s code into the field that says: "Enter code".
6) Click "Redeem" to claim your item!
