The head of the research and design institute instructed the legal adviser to prepare a draft contract for the coming year. Based on the Model contract for the creation (transfer) of scientific and technical products and the Regulation on contracts for the creation (transfer) of scientific and technical products, the legal adviser prepared a draft contract. However, the representative of the customer refused to accept this project, indicating that such an agreement is not provided for by the norms of part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. He pointed out that in this case it is necessary to be guided by Article.Article. 769–778 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
