The head of the oncology room, Syrkin, wrote out free prescriptions for drugs containing narcotic substances in the name of patients undergoing treatment in his office. In outpatient cards, Syrkin noted that prescriptions were given to patients, in fact, he himself received drugs. He used part of the drug for personal consumption, and sold the other part at an increased price to his patients. The amount received by Syrkin from patients amounted to 24 thousand rubles.
