Death or Dishonor is a new country pack expansion for Hearts of Iron IV that gives players the opportunity to relive history´s greatest conflict from every angle. The new expansion focuses on countries sandwiched between the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany during World War II and faced with a difficult choice: whether to enter into conflict with a world superpower or compromise their ideals for survival.

Introducing new national focuses for Hungary, Romania, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia, Death or Dishonor adds new unique events, graphics and music with national characteristics, and more, providing players with new ways to relive - and change - the course of history.

Death or Dishonor includes:

Four new focus trees:
Complete the war from a variety of perspectives as Hungary, Romania, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia.

Equipment conversion:
Upgrade your arsenal by improving old units, or find use for captured equipment and enemy vehicles.

New music and graphics:
3 new themed works from composer Andreas Waldetoft, new graphic content for the four countries that the update is focused on, and new voice acting for the troops.

New diplomatic actions and interactions with puppets:
License military technology to use equipment from other countries on the battlefield, or sell your technological advantage to the highest bidder. Fascist countries have received a new level of puppets - the Reichskommissariat, with access to licenses, industry and strategic resources. Their government is tight-knit, which makes it harder for them to free themselves.
