113. Solving a chemistry problem
Content: 1.rar 15,65 kB
Product description
Human breathing proceeds due to the preliminary adsorption of oxygen on the surface of the lungs. The total surface of the lung alveoli in humans is on average 90 m2. Assuming monomolecular adsorption and taking into account that the area occupied by one oxygen molecule is 4.5 A0, determine the amount of adsorption in mol/m2 and the number of oxygen molecules adsorbed by the surface of the lungs.
