📍 100% refund is possible if:
• The order was not completed or completed with deviations from the description.
• More than 24 hours have passed since the payment was made, and the service has not been provided, due to the seller´s fault.
📍 Partial refund (80% of the amount):

• In all other cases of refunds initiated by the buyer (20% is retained).
