Ilyina appealed to the court, dismissed from the state civil service in connection with the unsatisfactory test result. When considering the lawsuit in court, the following was established: Ilyina was accepted to the post of head of the clerical department of the Ministry of Sverdlovsk Region based on the results of the competition. Previously, she worked in the same position in the administration of the Berezovsky city district.
