Uploaded: 15.10.2019
Content: S19-176.docx 13,29 kB
Product description
An apartment was vacated in one of the residential buildings in St. Petersburg. A dispute arose between the housing committee of the city mayor’s office and the administration of the Tsentralny district about who has the right to populate this apartment and conclude an appropriate social rent contract.
According to the housing committee, the residential building is the property of the city and it owns the right to dispose of the apartment. The district administrations believed that the house belongs to municipal property. At the same time, she referred to the fact that the house is listed on the balance sheet of one of the district housing and maintenance organizations.
Solve the case.
