The iTunes Gift Card is a digital voucher that allows you to purchase music, movies, apps and other products from the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store and Mac App Store. This card is a unique code that can be activated in iTunes or the App Store to add funds to your Apple ID account. Once activated, the amount shown on the card will be added to your Apple ID balance and you can use those funds to purchase various digital products and services available at Apple Stores, etc.

✅ RETURN POLICY

Please read these policies carefully before purchasing digital goods:

1. 1. After purchase, digital products which are in good condition cannot be returned/exchanged as they are considered to be individual goods with specific qualities and can only be used by the user;
2. In the event of a technical error or a problem with the goods (invalid code), we will handle returns on an individual basis. If an invalid code was sent to you, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to discuss a possible settlement;
3. Refunds are not available for used or incorrectly activated cards;
4. Digital cards cannot be exchanged for another card unless the card has been damaged or corrupted due to a technical error on our end;
5. All disputes are resolved within 3-5 working days. We cooperate only with official distributors, and this time is necessary for enquiry and analysis of product information (includes: checking for defects, checking the activation time of the product);
6. In the event of a dispute, the seller has the right to request additional evidence from the purchaser proving that the product is defective. Such evidence may include a video recording of the activation process, screenshots or other relevant materials. If the buyer fails to provide sufficient evidence, the seller reserves the right to refuse to consider a return or exchange;
7. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the terms of this return policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please decline to purchase the digital product. If you continue to buy a digital item after this return policy has been amended, it means you agree to the changes.
