Ivanova lived as a tenant in a one-room apartment in the house, which was subsequently included in the service as previously owned by the state farm.
Wanting to exchange the apartment for another living quarters, Ivanova turned to the administration of the state farm with a request to allow such an exchange, which she was denied. The district court, where she applied, refused the lawsuit on the exchange.
