-Call the Sony hotline in Russia at 8 800 200 76 67.
-In the call menu, first press 2 and then 1 to enter the consultation mode for purchases from the PlayStation Store.
-Wait for the operator´s response. There are few operators, there are many of you, so it will take a long time to “hang on the line” (up to 30-40 minutes).
-Tell your carrier that you have a PS Plus renewal voucher but cannot redeem it, either through the console or through the PS App.
-Pass the verification (how exactly - below).
-Name the 12-digit code from the card and ask the operator to redeem it to your account.
-Don´t forget to check what date your PS Plus subscription is now valid.
For verification, the operator will ask you one or more questions. For example:
-Your PSN Online ID.
-The email address associated with your account.
-The last digits of the number of one of the bank cards linked to your account.
-Number, date, name and amount of one of your PS Store orders.
To find the number, date, name, and amount of the order, open the email associated with your account on your computer and look there for "PlayStation" or an email with the subject "Thank you for your purchase."
