Kohl Savchenko bought a large aquarium from a housemate donated to him by his grandmother and parents. Kolya´s parents demanded that Pavlov take the aquarium back and return the money, since under their living conditions (one small room) there is nowhere to keep it. Pavlov refused to return the money, reasoning that Kolya himself did not want to terminate the contract, in addition he was quite old (he was 15 years old) and bought the thing with his own money. Kolya´s father filed a lawsuit. At the hearing, Kolya asked to leave him an aquarium, about which he had long dreamed.
