Product description
Kovalev handed over to the workshop for the repair of radio and television equipment portable color TV "Youth" for adjustment and maintenance. A week later, a theft occurred in the studio, as a result of which a television set belonging to Kovalev was also abducted. During the preliminary investigation, it was established that due to the fault of the atelier’s employee on the night of the theft, the atelier’s premises were not signaled. Kovalev presented to the studio a claim for the payment of the cost of the TV, based on current prices, and in addition, he demanded payment of the penalty and compensation for moral harm.
