Kozintseva having two minor children

Kozintseva, who has two minor children, was dismissed on March 2 to reduce staff from a production cooperative, where she worked for 8 years as an economist. On April 5, she turned to the district center of the employment service, presenting a passport, work book, diploma of graduation and a certificate stating that she was in line for improving housing conditions. However, the inspector refused to accept documents, explaining that she did not submit all the documents and that she had the right to re-appeal in a month. Kozintseva’s arguments that she was refused a certificate of average earnings were ignored.
