Kukushkina, believing that her ex-husband was hiding his actual earnings in order to give a smaller amount of alimony, which he paid voluntarily, asked a friend of Rostov’s police officer to send a request to the bank about the movement of funds in Kukushkin’s bank account, to which, in accordance with . 136 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation listed his salary. For her service, she promised Rostov to have an intimate relationship with him. Rostov fulfilled the request, but since the prosecutor’s consent was not on the request, the bank refused to provide him with information.
