Task 5.
At the Law Institute, a "Legal Clinic" was created, in which senior law students united. One of the objectives of the clinic was to provide legal assistance to the population of the city. Semyonov, a worker of the Kalibr plant, turned to the legal clinic with a request for clarification on the following issues:
- whether the trade union committee has the right to demand from the chief accountant documentation on the accrual of bonuses to the employees of the plant for the past calendar year.
- What privileges are used by the members of the trade union committee who are not released from work.
- Is it possible to dismiss, at the initiative of the director of the plant, the chairman of the trade union committee, who was released from work at the time of his election.
Give a written explanation to Semenov on the questions he raised with reference to the current legislation.
