A ferromagnetic core is introduced into a solenoid 500 mm long and 10 cm2 in cross-sectional area. The solenoid winding has 100 turns. With the passage of a current of 0.25 A through the turns, the magnetic flux Ф through the cross section of the solenoid turned out to be equal to 0.50 mWb. Determine the magnetic permeability of the core material.
