Particle 1 of mass m, flying at a speed V , collides with a stationary particle 2 of mass 4m. After the collision, particle 1 moves in the opposite direction, and 1/4 of its initial energy is spent on heating and deformation. Find the velocities u₁ and u₂ of the particles after the collision.
