Construction Bluff Corporation LLC filed a lawsuit against the Moscow Arbitration Court to apply the consequences of the invalidity of the capital construction contract concluded between them on June 14, 2015. The Moscow Arbitration Court, where, according to the general rules of jurisdiction, received a statement of claim, referred the case for consideration on the merits to the Arbitration Court of the Voronezh Region. The ruling made without summoning the plaintiff indicated that the case is to be transferred within 15 days of the ruling.
Construction Bluff Corporation LLC filed an appeal against the ruling of the Moscow Arbitration Court for referring the case to the Arbitration Court of the Voronezh Region, since it considers that it violates its right to be examined by the court to whose jurisdiction it is assigned by law.
