For the first time, we provide you with a complete version of the "Merkulov Folder", which has been "circulating" on the Internet in fragmentary fragments for more than ten years. This unique document appeared in the early 90s. And online - in 2008. It contains many mystical secrets of our state, many previously unknown closed projects, expeditions and experiments.
