A military court convicted a non-commissioned service sergeant Kirkin under Part 2 of Art. 336 of the Criminal Code and part 1 p. 337 of the Criminal Code, respectively, to 8 months and 1 year of detention in a disciplinary military unit. The definition of the Military Collegium changed the sentence, the sentence was reduced to 1 year 6 months in a disciplinary military unit.
