Multi-automatic scheduler for 1C

Fully operational configuration with an empty multi-featured scheduler for 1C
Key features:
- Display in different modes.
- Repeat the message with a delay.
- Start any treatment or scheduled report.
- Automatic generation of reports and a list of treatments configuration (at the time scheduler settings).
- Variable frequency of running tasks (once a day, week, month, day of week).
- Self-deactivation after a single task.

In development are used:
- A small part of the code of noname-scheduler configuration, who could only run two hard-coded report, and who had a lot of errors in logic operation (error when counting the next start-up, non-reentrant and, as a consequence, intolerance drgua on configuration).
- Bare idea (of the same noname-configuration) from time to time to remind you to take a break from work. Implemented by yourself.

After tuning constants are available:
- Checking interval ensuing problems.
- Interval reminders to break.
Disable the scheduler window Scheduler.
