OJSC “Seven”, located in the Kemerovo region, appealed to the arbitration court of the Tomsk region at the location of the defendant with a lawsuit against LLC “Casino” to recover interest for the use of funds in the amount of 155 thousand rubles. As measures to secure the claim, the plaintiff requested the court to seize the defendant´s funds in the current account. This petition of the plaintiff by the court was granted. When considering the case on the merits, the court refused the plaintiff to satisfy the claim in full and canceled measures to secure the claim. The defendant, after the court decision came into force, decided to file a claim with OJSC Seven for damages caused to him by measures to secure the claim.
