- Control the queue, inspect the visitors and choose a place for everyone - to plow the factory, become fuel or give your blood and sweat for the future. Literally.
- Open new shops, build facilities to meet employees´ needs, and improve the research center. Resources aren´t infinite, so make sure everything doesn´t fall apart before the ark launches.
- Hire employees with unique characteristics, fears, and prejudices. Send the hard-working ones to promotion and the lazy ones to the break room. It says "Raw Materials" above the entrance, but we just forgot to change the sign.
- Juggle orders, keep up with assignments from competing factions, and don´t anger your sponsors. Remember that you are alive as long as you are useful.
