Painkiller is a dynamic shooter in the spirit of Quake and Doom, which marked the beginning of a series of games of the same name, which now has six parts. If you are a fan of destroying a couple of thousand terrible monsters with shots from a rocket launcher, then this game is perfect for you.
The main character is played by Daniel Garner. When he was driving with his wife to a restaurant to celebrate her birthday, a truck crashed into his car and both spouses were killed. However, after death, their souls could not unite - Daniel’s wife ended up in Paradise, and he himself was stuck in Purgatory. A few years later, the demon Samail appeared before him and told Daniel that meeting his wife in Paradise was quite possible. True, to do this, Daniel must destroy four of Lucifer´s generals and countless of their minions. Realizing that he has no other choice, the main character agrees to descend into the very heat of Hell and give the creatures there a hard time!
